Wall Panelling in Udgir & Latur

Fluted, veneer and laminate feature walls, cut to your wall and fitted by our own team.

Shine Modular Furniture makes and installs custom wall panelling in Udgir and Latur — fluted panels, veneer and laminate feature walls, headboard walls behind beds and TV walls with concealed wiring. Every panel is cut in our Udgir workshop to your measured wall, then fitted on site by the same team.

A panelled wall does two jobs at once. It gives a room a finished, deliberate look, and it hides what you do not want to see — uneven plaster, TV cables, switch runs and old damp marks. Because we also make the bed, wardrobe and TV unit, the panelling can be designed to line up with them instead of fighting them.

Where Wall Panelling Works Best

Behind the bed

The most requested panel we make. A headboard wall frames the bed, can carry reading lights and side shelves, and covers the wall that takes the most knocks.

TV wall

A panelled TV wall hides the wiring inside a service gap behind the panels, so the TV hangs clean with no visible cables.

Living room feature wall

One panelled wall in the hall changes the whole room without the cost of treating every wall.

Staircase and passage walls

Stairwells and corridors get touched and scuffed constantly. Panelling protects the wall and can carry strip lighting.

Panelling Styles We Make

Fluted panels

Vertical grooves or half-round flutes. They add depth and texture and look best with a warm light washing down from above.

Veneer panels

Real wood veneer on a board base, with the natural grain showing. Finished in matt or gloss polish.

Laminate panels

The hard-wearing option — easy to wipe clean, available in wood grain, stone and solid colours.

Framed and inlay panels

Panels divided by metal or wooden strips, including brass-finish inlays, for a more formal look.

How We Do It

1. Measure the wall

We check the wall for level and damp before designing anything. Panelling over an active damp patch only hides the problem.

2. Plan switches and lights

Switch boards, sockets and any LED strips are marked on the drawing, so the panel joints fall around them.

3. Make in the workshop

Panels are cut, grooved and finished in Udgir, which gives cleaner edges than cutting on site.

4. Fit on site

Panels go onto a frame fixed to the wall, which keeps them straight even if the wall behind is not.

Common Questions

Can wall panelling go over an old or uneven wall?

Yes. The panels are fixed to a frame on the wall rather than stuck directly to the plaster, so an uneven wall does not show through. The one thing we will not panel over is active damp — that has to be fixed first.

Can you hide TV and light wiring behind the panels?

Yes. We leave a service gap behind the panelling for cables, and plan the openings for the TV, switch boards and any LED strips before the panels are cut.

Which is better, veneer or laminate panelling?

Veneer is real wood and looks richer, but needs more care. Laminate is tougher and easier to clean, which suits walls that get touched a lot, like passages and children’s rooms. We bring samples of both to the site visit.

Do you only do panelling, or the furniture as well?

Both. Most of our panelling is part of a bedroom or living room we are fitting out, so the panel, bed, side tables and TV unit are designed together. We also take panelling-only jobs.

Do you fit wall panelling in Latur?

Yes. Our workshop is in Udgir and we travel to Latur and the talukas around it for measurement and fitting. Call 8329239728 to book a site visit.

Wall Panelling Design in Udgir and Latur

Wall panelling has gone from something you saw only in hotels to one of the most asked-for items in new homes around Udgir and Latur. Most people start with one wall — usually behind the bed or the TV — and that single wall does most of the work of making a room look designed.

The finish you choose matters less than how it is fitted. Panels fixed on a straight frame, with joints planned around the switches and the lights, look clean for years. Panels stuck straight onto an uneven wall show every bump and start lifting at the edges. That is why we measure and plan every wall before quoting.

If you are fitting out a whole bedroom, see our bedroom interior design page. For a feature unit with shelves and storage rather than a flat panel, see our wall units.
